Consultation 

The Consultation is an in-depth room by room evaluation listing all improvements & recommendations.

A prioritized action plan check list with suggestions addressing
furniture layouts, color, window coverings, accessories, picture placement, scale & proportion, balance & harmony, lighting, traffic flow, visual flow, focal points, room function, space planning, closet organizing & repairs to consider.   Cleaning, de-cluttering, neutralizing, depersonalizing & curb appeal will also be addressed.

You will be given tips & suggestions for the interior & exterior of your house, as well as have a shopping list & trades list as per your particular needs.
 
We always first attempt to work with & make the best use of your existing furniture & accessories, by rearranging, reorganizing & relocating before considering rental or replacement pieces.

After the consultation, you will be aware of all the things that can be done
to enhance your house in preparation for sale, to get the greatest return
on your investment. 
 
In the end, it is you that will decide which recommendations will be implemented & by whom.
