About Lydia



Lydia’s a qualified Real Estate Salesperson and Home Stager.  Her real estate background includes personally having purchased and sold 10 houses, several of them fixer uppers, investment properties, buying and selling in a buyers market as well as in a sellers market.  She understands first hand the trials and tribulations of buying and selling your house.

Her work experience with a new home builder has given her a wide array of knowledge and understanding of construction, home repairs and working with the trades. 

Lydia is the Owner of Owners Pride Home Staging & Design, and is a graduate of The Staging Diva® Home Staging Business Training Program.  This first hand experience, along with a natural passion and flair for colour and decorating, gives Lydia the skills and experience to enhance the presentation of your house so that it will appeal to the more mainstream tastes of the most discriminating potential Buyers.  Why is this important?  Lydia wants to help you get your house sold quicker at a higher selling price.

How does she do this?  By looking at your house through the highly critical eye of the perspective buyer and identifying any potential problem areas and making recommendations for their repair or resolution.  Lydia will help you enhance the positive features and minimize the negative, giving you the competitive advantage over the competition.
